Massive Attack es una banda formada en la ciudad portuaria de Bristol Inglaterra. Hasta la fecha han editado cinco discos de estudio. Considerados los padres del trip-hop, pese a que siempre han renegado de esa palabra, este estilo puede clasificarse como musica electronica, aunque combina elementos del jazz,rap y otros géneros como el soul y el dub jamaicano contando con una potente influencia del rock en sus ramas más oscuras.
