BDP (Boogie Down Productions) fue un grupo compuesto originalmente por KRS-One, D-Nice y DJ Scott La Rock. DJ Scott La Rock fue asesinado el 27 de agosto de 1987, meses después del lanzamiento del álbum debut de la BDP, Criminal Minded. Esta última producción se compone de KRS-One y DJ Kenny Parker, titulado "The BDP Album" .
