DJ Cam (nacido Laurent Daumail en 1973) es un DJ francés. Sus canciones son casi en su totalidad un híbrido de hip-hop y música de jazz y se presenta de una manera abstracta. Devoto de hip-hop parisino Laurent Daumail es uno de los pocos pero creciente de artistas franceses, actualización de hip-hop para la multitud de chill-out, basándose en la beats'n' muestras de las bases de los productores como Rakim, DJ Premier y Pablo y combinarlo con trazos amplios, impresionistas de dub, jazz y banda sonora-y ambiente. Al igual que compatriotas el Mighty Bop y la Funk Mob, CAM es estilísticamente más cercano a artistas como DJ Shadow y DJ Krush; minimalista, descubrían de hip-hop instrumental construido a partir de muestras oscuras y acompañamiento de la mesa giratoria del stomp-cuadro, dobladas y retorcido en nuevo, ingeniosamente arreglaba composiciones.
