Róisín Marie Murphy (Arklow, Condado de Wicklow, 5 de julio de 1973); cantante irlandesa de popy electrónica. En 1995 debutó con Mark Brydon en el dúo de electrónica Moloko, en el cual lanzó 4 álbumes y logró considerable éxito. En 2005, después de disolverse el dúo, Róisín sacó a la venta su primer disco en solitario, Ruby Blue; su segundo álbum, Overpowered, vería la luz en octubre de 2007, siendo su primer éxito internacional. Róisín ha sido aclamada universalmente en el ámbito musical por su estilo vanguardista y sus innovadores álbumes.
